Achieve universal primary education
Some governments in Africa, in recent times, have launched “Free Compulsory Universal Basic Education (FCUBE) policies”; offering free education for children in primary schools. This move ought to be applauded however; primary education still suffers a subtler type of decay in rural communities. Students don’t have access to the books and resources needed to learn subject matter such as literature, science and math. If teachers cannot get their students to learn and do proper schoolwork, then the quality of learning will be sharply reduced.
